Restaurant Novitas is on the first floor of Hotel Novitas and open to everyone, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Caffe Baristo is on the ground floor, and the conference hall is on the second floor — the restaurant is the heart of hotel dining one level above the café. The bright, comfortable space suits a family lunch, a business meeting or a dinner for two. The menu features local specialities with modern touches — dishes are made from fresh, seasonal ingredients and paired with a solid wine list and local drinks.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Morning meals for hotel guests and visitors, lunch for business partners and travellers, and dinner for those who want to end the day in a relaxed setting with homestyle flavours and hotel-level service. Cakes and desserts from our in-house pastry shop round off every meal.
For larger groups we offer buffet or à la carte menus by arrangement, and for business lunches and private celebrations discreet full-service dining with our team. The restaurant seats up to 200 guests, with the option to reserve the entire space for weddings, family events and special occasions — all from one kitchen, without compromise on quality.
